The Small Business Boot Camp, presented by JPMorgan Chase, is an intensive, six‑week program designed for business owners and entrepreneurs who want to strengthen their skills, expand their networks, and accelerate their growth. Participants will attend weekly, in‑person sessions led by subject‑matter experts. At the conclusion of the program, each participant will present their business plan at the LGBTQ Chamber Economic Summit Luncheon.

Boot Camp topics may include: Business Assessment, Marketing & Sales, Mission & Vision, Operations & Management, Intellectual Property, Financial Planning, and Executive Summaries.*

Participation is limited to members of the North Texas LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce. There is not fee to participate; however, participants must commit to attending all six sessions.

The LGBTQ Leadership Institute, a program of the LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce Foundation, develops leaders in the LGBTQ community. The program provides historical perspective of the community and the LGBTQ equality movement, enhances leadership skills, and prepares the next generation of diverse leaders for greater community engagement.

Selected participants will meet once a month for 9 months, September - May.
